The Cat in the Hat imagines how HE would fill in for the Easter Bunny in this hilarious Beginner Book that’s perfect for Easter baskets and gift giving!
When the Easter Bunny asks the Cat in the Hat to fill in in case of an EGG-MERGENCY, of course the Cat says YES! It’s the opportunity of a lifetime, and the Cat—along with the help of 26 Little Cats—plans a Seussian celebration complete with magical Easter baskets, talking jelly beans, candy that make you moo like a cow, a feast served by flying waiters, and more—unlike anything that’s ever been seen!
A fun and delightfully silly choice for seasonal read-alouds and Easter basket gift-giving, this rhymed easy-reader is perfect for Dr. Seuss fans and anyone with a sweet tooth!
Beginner Books are fun, funny, and easy to read! Launched by Dr. Seuss in 1957 with the publication of The Cat in the Hat, this beloved early reader series motivates children to read on their own by using simple words with illustrations that give clues to their meaning. Featuring a combination of kid appeal, supportive vocabulary, and bright, cheerful art, Beginner Books will encourage a love of reading in children.
