Colorful cats in conductor hats are on the move on this train ride with an unexpected twist! Kids will delight in learning about colors and directions while giggling at the hilarious antics of these train conductor kitties.

Every cat
grabs a hat.

All aboard,
climb on that.

Up the bridge.
Stay on track!

Clickety, clickety, clickety
clack!

Colorful cats drive a train on a journey up, down, over, and around...until something on the tracks trips them up! Can they work together to herd a young cow out of the way and keep their train schedule on track? Young readers will be delighted by train sounds, silly cats, and a very stubborn cow in this new installment in the Cats in Hats series!

Sudipta Bardhan-Quallen

Sudipta Bardhan-Quallen is the author of numerous fiction and nonfiction books for young readers, including Chicks Run Wild and Orangutangled. Sudipta lives in New Jersey with her family.

Leeza Hernandez

Leeza Hernandez grew up on the Isle of Wight off the south coast of England. She spent many childhood afternoons searching her neighborhood for her curious cats who had taken off for adventures and chasing Billy, a boisterous Doberman Pincer, and Kurt, a mischievous German Shepherd, all around the island. When she visits now, a Shitsu called Chewie lives up to her name and even tries to chew her sketchbook.

A graduate of Newcastle College of Art and Design, Leeza lives in New Jersey with her husband, daughter, and cat Maisy, who prefers to stay home (luckily!) and catnap in the sun.
